I have been a client of Autopage for the last 10 years and currently have five contracts with them. I am due for an upgrade and have requested the Lumia 920. I feel sorry for the sales person Sepo at Carnival Mall as he is really trying hard to be able to assit me in getting my new phone. He is always told by the head office that they are waiting for stock. I have called all the Autopage dealers on the East Rand and not one of them has any stock. They all have a lot on back order. So I thought well lets go to the problem area which is the Head Office. Biggest mistake I have ever made. I do not know how many times I had to listen to the electronic caller messages before even been transferred to so may different incompetent people who could not assist. I have been from department to department and then finally just give up. I have been tring to get hold of the manger in charge of Customer Service, but this person must be a ghost as you never ever get a chance at talking to this person, even when asking for this person at the reception. I have a great mind to cancel all my contracts and move to a different service provider. Your Service is disgusting.
