I contacted the Melrose Arch branch about upgrading both my data contracts the offered me 2 deals I chose the 1 that was best for me 2 weeks ago and still no stock is available I keep calling the store and the never return calls today I called the customer care number to find that they would not even give out managers names
They also told me that there would be no stock available for the next 2 to 3 weeks
Then somebody else told they would cancel the upgrade at the store and move it to head office and the goods would be delivered to me next week. Now what must I believe 2 different stories from 2 different people all in the same phone call give me a break. I think they should rename the customer care department to "We do not give a " department I seem to have problems every time I upgrade now my data last it was my phone
Hopefully this will find that rare person at Autopage that does care
