Terrible Attitude from Marwaan

My girlfriend and I were considering moving to Cell C. She put her name down for an iPhone 5 in mid-Feb at Cavendish. She has called every 2-3 weeks to find out if there's any stock yet, which she's been told each time there wasn't.

Today she decided to try 2 other branches to find out if they had - they did. She decided to try the Cavendish branch again to find out if theyd received. She spoke to Marwaan, whose attitude was likely the worst I've heard in all my years of good & bad customer service. She politely asked why they hadnt received any. With a rude attitude he responded "We're going down the list, if youre on it youll get a call! ". Each question received a rude response. I then spoke to him and politely tried to ask the same question to which he said "If the lady had listened to me, you'd know the answer." I was stunned and then TRIED informing him that's no way to talk to customers - he kept shouting over me to let him finish. He then told me the person who managed the list has left, which I tried to respond to, but again shouted over me to let him finish. He then went on to tell me he had other customers in front of him that he had to deal with.

Im totally disgusted!
