BAD SERVICE AND STILL DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER

After receiving numerous calls from cell c telling me I am due for an upgrade, I finally decided to go for the upgrade. After going in on sunday to my nearest branch, I was told there is no stock of the phone I want but I will get a call the following wednesday or friday. The friday I called, only to be told there is no stock as yet so I decided to phone cell c direct and do my upgrade. I was told I will get my phone by monday 9/12/13. Today 10/12/13 I am phoning cell c to find out where my phone is, I was being asked for personal details and then told I have to transfer you, a person has to lose patience after being asked for personal details and being transferred, I still don't know where my phone is. The last rude lady I spoke to in the 'follow-up department' was going "hmm oh is it oh shame", this is not on and then she said my phone is in Pretoria, why do you guys ask for personal details all the time, 5 times today and then still send my phone to Pretoria when I live in JHB. Please help, I WISH I HAD NEVER DONE THE UPGRADE AND NEVER HAD TO STAY WITH CELL C FOR ANOTHER 2 YEARS. AND I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY UPGRADED PHONE IS.
A VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!
