Bad Attitude

I put my name on a waiting list for an iPhone 5 White from Cell C Lakeside Mall. I got a call from them to say they have stock. I went in today with all my documents. We had a problem regarding my proof of address. I only had a Car Licence Renewal as proof of address as everything gets emailed to me. I informed the lady at the store who said, "well, its your choice, who asks you to have all emailed toy you! ". I then told her, i called in Cell C Direct and ordered one and I have a reference number for the call where i was told that renewal licence notice posted to me will work. She pulled her face at me and rolled her eyes back as if I am some dog occupying her time and I am way to below her. And every time I spoke, she kept cutting me off to a point where I told her to please give me a chance to finish what I am saying. I was not even treated like a human, let alone a customer. I took my documents and told her to give the phone to someone else. I don't care if Cell C is the cheapest and the only ones with iPhone 5's, you treat customers with respect and don' t think everyone is hard up for your products and willing to be made a fool off!
