I handed in my cell phone for repairs on the 02/12/2013 - a week later I had to call the office in Hermanus to find out what the progress is. requested on that day a report as according to MTN repair center, physical damage for the insurance. Phone arrived at MTN Hermanus on the 17/12/2013, again no call from MTN Hermanus to inform that the phone arrived, only to find out that there is no report. Consultant handed me the call centers number for me to call them myself. Outcome was that the phone needed to go back to MTN Head office for them to issue the report. Visited MTN Somerset Mall, consultant requested that the report to be sent to my E-Mail on the 23/12/2013. Till to date nothing. No response from Hermanus MTN as well if the phone arrived back at their store.

The service delivery is ridiculous. nobody seems to take ownership of the problem and the only thing I need is a report for my insurance. I have been a loyal client, but this situation is driving me think differently about MTN and what they seem to stand for. I simple request takes almost a month. What would happen if you had a more serious problem in the mean time I am struggling without a phone.
