OFFERED UPGRADE - TURNED INTO COMPLETE CHAOS!!!

I was contacted on 4 Feb by a Call Centre Agent (Nombulelo) & offered an upgrade on my contract. I stated very clearly to her that I wanted the Samsung Galaxy S3. 6 Feb I was contacted by a Call Centre Agent wanting to confirm my delivery address & said that a Samsung S3 Mini has been ordered! I told the agent that I didnt want that phone and that Virgin should rather cancel the upgrade as I would go to a walk-in store & order a upgrade myself. I was told that the order would be cancelled. 7 Feb I walked into the Virgin @ Menlyn Park & stated my frustration. The store clerk checked the system & stated that my upgrade wasnt cancelled. We then called the CallCentre & spoke to Nombulelo again, where she said that she cancelled the initial wrong order Samsung S3 Mini & have ordered me the normal Samsung S3. I said that I dont feel comfortable with the Call Centre ordering it. Nombulelo convinced me that it would be ok. I trusted her & she reordered the phone for me. I called the Call Centre today to confirm the delivery date & was told that there is no order on the system. Ive been with Virgin for 4years & Im frustrated! I will cause a fuss @ Virgin Head Office if this isnt fixed ASAP!
