NO SERVICE ROM VODACOM

I upgrade my tablet on 20 September and I was told there are no stock of the tablet andI had to wait till the 27th September. Everytime I phoned they had a different story why I didnt receive the tablet.
on 17 October I phoned again and the lady told me that there was no backorder for me on system because I was unavailible to sign for tablet. THe tablet was returned to stock on 3 October. BUshi in call centre then told me that she would cancel the order and I must try @ Vodashop if they dont have stock for me. I found stock @ Vodashop and when I went yesterday GUESS WHAT? Vodacom never cancelled the upgrade on their side and the VOdashop couldnt process my upgrade.
I phoned VODACOM againe this morning after holding on for 30 minute (TERRIBLE) they promised me I will receive an SMS now that it has been cancelled. THis was @ 11:00 and still not cancelled!
VODACOM IS USELESS!!!
