Sneaky Contract

IBurst offered me a new package on my current one but only at the end while verifying the conditions, the sales consultant quickly added in at the end that it was a 24 month contract. No where in the beginning of the whole speech di he state its a 24 month contract. Now im tied to a service provider with rubbish coverage area and useless call centre personel that take ages to answer their calls.
