Iburst trick you in 24 months

My first iburst contract ended and I was on a month to month basis. In Jan this year Iburst calls me informing me I have 2 options: Option 1 Keep the same premium and receive a new modem, Option 2 we lower your premium with R20. I chose option 2, at the end of the call the mention 24 months subscription.

I thought I was still on month to month basis. No where in the call was it mentioned that it will be a new contract or that I can stay on the same plan without changing anything. No new contract was emailed though to me. I burst tricked me in this new 24 months and the best part my signal is so here. I have a 1 mb modem, but only receive 100kilbyte because of poor coverage. The only way this complaint will be converted to a happy face is if you end my contract. Iburst tricked me on 24 months contract, we I will be posting on hellopeter for 24 months how they have tricked me into a contract.
