Account Transfer ongoing for last 9 months

Cell number Transfer request was submitted shortly after doing an upgrade on my account. I was told it will take 14 days to process. We are now in the 9th month of this process and they managed to mess it up so badly that my details and the person's details (who is using the number now) is mixed up. I cant even phone 808 with a simple billing question because it is not my ID nr linked to my account anymore.
I spoke with the area and regional manager in the Durbanville store 4 weeks ago and he assured me it will be sorted within 2 days. We are now in the 4th week since he told me that. Every time I phone I am met with dishonesty and excuses. The latest being the manager is on leave.

Fed up does not even begin to describe my frustration. When asked if I can cancel my account due to all the errors I am told i will need to pay in a couple of thousand rand. My point is why must I pay for a service that is not being delivered. They also charged a transfer fee on my account and the person using the number's account which is ridiculous since nothing was done correctly and my account is still messed up.

I need to know who to approach to have this sorted IMMEDIATELY!!
