Contract transfer not followed through

On 20 Sept 2013, I went to the MTN Cresta store (dealer code 149969) to transfer my cellphone account, including my 3G account for my Galaxy Note tablet) into the name of my business; Bowline Professional Services. The sequence number for the signed contract is B115947. I was told that this process shouldn't take more than 24-48 hours to complete. During Oct I received a statement with details that still reflected all my personal details. I phoned the Cresta store many many times in an attempt to follow up. The store promised faithfully every time to phone me back, which never ever happened. Up until this point I had also contacted the call centre, without any success. On 3 Nov I went back to this store only to discover that the store is under renovations. The sign on the door said we should go to the other MTN store at entrance 1, at Cresta. Even here they were unable to assist me as apparently only the person who opened the transaction, can finalise it? But, now, no one can tell me where this person is working during the renovations?? Surely, the MTN processes must be able other authorised personnel to access the system to finalise the process, if required??
