Vodacom, WHY are you my MONEY!!!

Beginning of last month, I settled all my accounts with VODACOM!!! I had to write a complaint about them not responding to my emails here on hellopeter just to get a reply. Today, I casually go on my internet banking just to find out, VODACOM DECIDED to TAKE my money anyway by means of normal debit order, AFTER I was INFORMED and CONFIRMED that all my accounts have now been settled.??? I will take you too court vodacom for this. Correct your mistakes NOOOOWWWWW!!! I'm super off!!!
