Vodacom's Empty Promises ON RECORD AGAIN!

In response to a post I made on the 19/03/13, I received a call from Silindile Khanyile
and after reading the system notes on her side & listening to me tell her what I wrote
on this platform she concluded that they were at fault & will and they will make certain that it is on
record that I am not indebted to them as well as send me confirmation.
Got part of the promise that reads: "Kindly be advised that the above
mentioned account has been settled in full." & "Based on the above, we have instructed the credit bureau to update the default information &
the payment history to reflect that the account is paid in full."
Moddy Motebejane from Vodacom called me for the same reason that I had already concluded on with Slindile (so I thought)
I found a great level of disregard when she told me something along the lines of;
she did not take first look at my profile before calling & therefore I must put
her up to speed. Ok, I gave her a chance to explain the reason for
HER call. They couldn't have possibly been from the same company *confused*.
I really thought this was fixed, wouldn't anyone else be under the same conclusion? ON HOT WHEN DEALING WITH VODACOM!!
