Courtesy phone shocking

My blackberry bold that is 1 and a half years old. And my screen went completely white. The exact same thing happened to my husbands phone. So I went to Canal Walk Nashua. I asked for a courtesy phone as my blackberry would take 3 weeks to get repaired. I was given a courtesy phone that doesn't even have what's app capability. And the back cover of the phone keeps falling off. It The consultant asked me to tape the cover on the back ha ha. Then after leaving the mall I tried to phone someone and it doesn't work. They should never have given me a courtesy phone in the first place. Or told me its wiser not to take the courtesy phone.
