I decided to take my 1st cellphone contract with Nashua Mobile, WHAT A MISTAKE!
After having the phone for 7 months, it started switching on and off for no specific reason. I took the phone in to Nashua Mobile Canal walk. The 1st guy i spoke to told me this usually happens, i must go to "blackberry buddies" and have the software re-installed. Blackberry Buddies reloaded the software, and the phone was doing the same thing.
I went to nashua mobile who said it would take up to 30 DAYS to have my phone repaired, keep in mind that i am still paying for my FULL contract which includes BIS. the loan phone Nashua Mobile supplies their customers with does NOT EVEN HAVE A COLOUR SCREEN, never mind BIS.
I waited the 30 days and received a call from a guy who said my phone was ready for collection. I made my way to canal walk, fetched the phone and went home. As soon as i got home, i switched on my phone and what was the 1st thing that happened... THE PHONE SWITCHED OFF!!!
I went BACK and had to give the phone in AGAIN! in total i have waited 60 days and counting!
This is ridiculous! Nashua Mobile is the worst company to deal with!
