Phone worse than before

After receiving my phone back (without anything being done to it), it now freezes, gets a white screen every now and then. Still has battery shut down at the halfway mark.

And now the middle manetjie does not work!

I am totally frustrated with the service, the total disregard for a loyal customer and the audacity of being asked to return it to be checked (without another blackberry being offered in its place as a courtesy phone)

After bragging about Vodacom since my first contract in 1997 I have now decided it is not worth the effort.
