I had applied online for a cellphone contract on the 02/04/2013, i received a call from a lady on the 04/04/2013 confirming all my details. later on that day i received a message stating my application was unsucsesfull then again this morning 08/04/2013 i received another sms stating welcome to Ismart cellular. i am confused i need clarity i need to know if my application was succesfull or if there is any barriers?
