Slow Response Time from Cell C

My phone was collected on 2 July 2013 for an OBF. To date I have not received proper feedback from Cell C although it was stated in my last Hello Peter complaint that Sisa would contact me. Clearly a response is generated by Cell C to give the appearance that something is being done whilst nothing is being done. I am currently now without a phone and with no means of anyone contacting me on that number. Very disappointed with the service of Cell C. Appears as if their staff do not know what they are doing.
