Upgrade takes 3 months with receipt of no phone

In february 2013 i requested an upgrade, with the delivery of an iphone5. Mandy the consultant has to be emailed multiple times before a response is received. Takes it personaly when you cc her managers. Doesnt even help to cc her managers because neither responds. Eventually in March the incorrect phone was delivered, and my blackeberry services cancelled, so no way i could email or utlise bbm. They had to collect the phone and had to be instructed several times to reinstitute my blackberry services. I sent a complaint through via their contact centre and my PA to Mandy's seniors J Watson & VI Rakhal, still nothing received, accept a sorry we have no stock. Then the stock arrives last week and Mandy confirmes that much, but to date doesnt repond on when delivery will take place. I have to ask why we deal with MTN business, what are the benefits... when i can just do an upgrade in the store and walk away with a phone, or is it just the fact that we have a non-responsive consultant. I am helpless, and need action to be taken!
