No delivery for my iphone

I did an upgrade mid January 2013 they'hv upgraded the minutes but the iPhone5 has not been delivered as yet since they were out of stock. I received an sms on the 31 january that says, " Great news-the wait is nearly over. You can expect to receive your brand new iPhone to use on our network within the second week of february. Cell C. Today 7th February 2013 I am calling their upgrade call centre to check when exactly the phone will be delivered. The consultant told me that I have never done an upgrade its not showing in their system. What confuses me is that. they have already upgraded my my minutes on the simcard.
