Telephone line bad reception – with bad attitude

I phone to find out more about a upgrade on my husband cell phone contract.
1st the line was VERY bad, so i struggle to hear what the Michele was saying to me, i did ask if there is a other line i can us, and he said no, being a cell phone i phoned i ask if he can maybe move he said it is a land line, did ask him about the contract and i could not hear anything and ask him to phone me back, i could not even hear his respond, i did put the phone down and phone again, and again very bad line, i ask him to please report the line and he said he could not.
I cannot do business like that; i really think it was bad service. (Supplier name changed from Mtn to Autopage by Hellopeter.com)
