Third complaint over same problem!

15 March I logged my first complaint and 20 March 2013 my second complaint and cell c promised me my replacement phone within 5 working days. After 2 weeks I phoned cell C Canal walk and there is still no phone.
This has been going on since 17 January 2013. Surely this is not the way to conduct business. Imei no 356841049654988
