Cell C customer Service - no clue about data pack

So I purchased a 200GB prepaid Cell C data SIM. It comes with a Micro SIM, however I need a standard SIM.

I called Customer service, the operator told me to get a new standard Cell C SIM and thereafter speak to Customer service to do a SIM SWAP. Bought the standard SIM on 5/4/2013, called the Customer Service number, waited for 20min before getting through to someone, only to be told sorry we cannot help you, the Cell C data team will call you within 48 hours and they don't work on weekends.

I did however get a call the next day Sat 6/4/2013, but the operator there was also unhelpful; Basically I advised to go back to where I bought the Data card and ask them to rectify it!

Called Customer service again (since the operators' knowledge are inconsistent) and was then advised that I should contact a Cell C branch and fork out another R30-R150 for an in-store SIM Swap.

Seriously CELL C what is happening here??? Can I get some proper answers and solutions???
