R20000.00 of internet usage in 7 days

Upgraded to the blackberry Z10 a few months back. Received a SMS notifying me of the excessive cost on the phone to the amount of R6000.00. Seven days later received another SMS stating a value of R 20000.00. This amount was apparently accumulated over the weekend. This weekend I did not even use the phone for internet due to the battery live that all off a sudden reduced dramatically over a very short period. We contacted vodacom and they informed me that it will take approximately 24 hours for feedback. They only send the data usages that I already got from our vodacom shop in Fochville. I informed them that I already had this info and it was of no value to me as it did not spevify what was downloaded or what Internet site was visited. The total amount of megs was 22000 downloaded over the 7 days. Vodacom now informed me that it will take up to 14 days to try and resolve this issue. There are 4 other phones on this contract. This needs to be resolved before the end of this month. Since I started with vodacom I only had blackberry and never ever has such a high account and I did not do anything differently in this case.
