Appalling Service - Paying for nothing

Our business signed up for two adsl lines 3 months ago. Since then the service for one has worked for less than half that time and the other has not been consistant. On my latest complaint which was made on the 2nd of April, I recieved no feedback until I called again this morning. The call centre agent said that the technition has told them that there was a problem outside the office park and that he had ordered a spare part. She cannot tell me when it will be fixed and whether the new problem with our other line is related. Telkom is SHOCKING - You are making business impossible for us and seem to care very little about fixing the problem properly!
