Airitime disappearing

I phoned the callcentre today at 8h15am, spoke to Habika Ngoepe regarding my airtime that disappeared into thin air. She checked my call history and confirmed they did not even amount to R10.00. She then picked up that I am being charged forbrowsing the internet. I have a Blackberry and have BIS, the only website I visit is Facebook which I should not be charged for. She then logged a call for me to have the matter further investigated. I requested her to transfer me to the Technical Dept just to find out exactly how BIS works, I spoke to Mpumelelo who checked if all the settings on my phone were right, we confirmed everything was set up correctly. After that I went to Facebook again and noticed that my airitme was still being deducted. At 16h00 I receuved this sms from Cell C " Hi, kindly be advised that the airtime was used on the internet usage. Regards, Vas Department, Cell C Sent". I have never been so mad in my life, you airtime from me and sent me this kind of feedback, from a number I can't even respond to.

I want someone to call me and explain to me how and when you're going to refund me for the airtime you have from me. I won't load anymore airtime until this
