My airtime and data bundles disappearing. Bad Serv

I took a phone on contract about three months ago. And two consecutive months the same thing has been happening since i had the contract. My data bundles and airtime have been vanishing without me using them and i always realize later that they are gone. And both incidents happened at night while I was sleeping and I also notice in the morning and if I have a call to make or want to use the internet. I called the contracts department and told them about my problem. Worst part is that they are not even able to pick up which websites i viewed. VERY STRANGE!! And yet they tell me i was on the internet during the early hours of the morning? I spoke to a gentlemen called Thabo, who also told me that this matter can only be dealt with after my next invoice. Not surprised!! Told them i want to cancel and they want to charge me for the cancellation!? Surprising!!? Its not my intention to cancel, I just want this whole matter sorted and my airtime and data bundles given back and them making sure that this does not ever happen again. Its honestly bad service and it makes me think that my service provider's are.
