I have changed from jobs and get paid on the 30/31st of each month and no longer on the 25th. I have changed my debit order date 3 times and checked that it is done twice this month already and after being assured that it has been done my debit order went of on the 25th and bounced! Every time this happens I have to go in to the store and I have to pay the penalty at the bank and at the store and above that they suspend my line a few days later which means I need to go back again to reactivate! It is messing up my perfect payment record because of their incompetence and it is NOT the consultant at the store who isn't doing her job it is the people at head office! I have changed my debit order date enough times now, it can not carry on like this I have been battling for 3 months now! The consultant and I have emailed and phoned enough people! What do they not understand about not having money before the first? I am due for an upgrade but with this service I would rather go to a new service provider!
