TERRIBLE FOOD

Yesterday morning, my boyfriend and I went to the KFC @ BEDFORD CENTRE, to order a Twister, we did so via the drive through.
Not only did we have to wait AT LEAST 10 minutes for the order (the place wasn't busy at all), when we did eventually get the order, the twister looked like a dogs breakfast, the wrap was "torn" and the filling "leaking out", my boyfriend proceeded to go to the "Manager" EDWARD, to lay a complaint.
When he approached the manager, Edward gave him nothing but a bad attitude, he very casually said that the wrap was in the machine for a longer time and that it was the machines fault (whatever happened to THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS BEING RIGHT), not once did he apologize, when my boyfriend said he was going to call the KFC Customer Care EDWARD rudely proceeded to tell him to gladly do so.
We then had to wait another 10 minutes to receive our refund!
