BILLED ME FOR SERVICES NOT SUPPLIED

8ta, I reported in February 2013 that the internet contract you sold me WAS NOT WORKING. After you subsequently admitting to me that the fault is with the local tower, I informed you that you would not be billing me for the contract. March has ended, and I HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR A SERVICE YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED. Subsequently, you will be crediting my account with the R199 that you have from me in March. Since since you have exhibited such blatant incompetence and disregard for a customer, I am not willing to wait until you repair your faulty tower, which has now been faulty for more than 2 months. You will cancel the internet contract, at no charge to me. I will not be warning you again on this matter, I have obtained legal advice and will be following up legally if this resolution is not met. Additionally, I am in contact with a journalist who is following this procedure till its end, just to show the South African public how useless the service is that you attempt to provide.
