Lackberry service not working for 2weeks

For the last 2 weeks I have been making calls to the call at least 2 a day, went to cell c branch twice and the only response I receive is we activated your services again remove your battery and wait 24 hours or we are awaiting a reply from blackberry in the uk. My bbm and fb is not working and when I try to log into facebook the message reads your service plan does not allow you to use this option.
I have heard that my phone has been blacklisted by blackberry. I have heard that it can not work as it is overcast, but 5 familymembers in my house r using their bb services without any hassle.
How pathetic? When ask to supply me with the email that was sent to bb, they tell me to leave it in their hsnds it will be sorted in 2 hours. Thereafter that persons gone home and nothing has been resolved.
