Lost mywife's phone, after 4 months in for repai

We went to cell c Brakpan at mall @ carnival to find out when my wife will get her phone, we gave them the go a head to fix the phone last month after they said we never excepted the quote in December. Only to find out that my wife's phone was defrayed? after numerous phone calls and visits to cell c we have had no joy from their customer service what so ever nor any interest from them in assisting us in obtaining our phone. We are now sitting with a contract that we have to pay and no phone due to cell c's incompetence. we will never refer any one to cell c as we have had nothing but poor service from them.
