Vodacom
No cellphone delivery

Vodacom had phone my brother in law, and give him a new contract and he have received no cellphone yet.
i try to phone vodacom and could not come through, i hold on for more than 2 hours.
as he work on the mine underground he asked me to please help him to discover what is going on with his cellphone that he did not received. and they tell him his contract was aproof and he will be getting his cellphone in 7 work days. accourding to him this is more than 2 weeks ago.
