New phone dead

I brought a new Galaxy S3 from MTN last week. This week the phone stopped working and i called MTN direct today and told them that the phone has stopped working.

They told me to take the phone to the nearest MTN Store, I then asked them if it i will be possible to get a loan phone while my phone is taken back because all my previous phone do not support MICRO SIM CARD and i was told MTN no longer offers loan phone.

As a customer of MTN and a loyal member of the company for more than 10 years i feel insulted. I am now missing all my business calls, emails and SMS because of the phone factory fault. On top of that MTN is not even willing to help me have access to a basic loan phone. Which means i have to buy a phone that support a MICRO SIM CARD until MTN bring back my phone.
