Dropping calls, not able to call

I want to share this on customer service, first upset, but then tried to see the lighter side
Went to the branch and spoke to them on calls dropping, not able to make calls, phone sometime switches off by itself
Agent looked at my account on the system and informed me there is nothing wrong. No inspection on the phone itself
the best is I received and SMS where I was requested to rate their service on a scale of 0 - 10
I replied 0
Got another SMS asking for comments or suggestions
Replied I will be looking for another provider
Got SMS back "Thank you for participating in our survey" :-) End of story
