My cellphone was booked in for fault description "dropping calls and rebooting". Phone was returned as according to Nashua I did not respond. I had paid the mandatory levy of R150 for the booking in and requested Yesan to send the phone back, again for the same fault description. I noticed that my account was debited R1500. when contacting Nashua they informed me it was for the repair of the LCD screen. When I went to see Yesan about this he agreed hat the phone was never booked n for that and printed me the job cards. A week later I was notified that Yesan had apparently informed me of the same quote and I agreed. When I went back see him he looked at me like I was stupid and saiid don't you remember me telling you about the quote. I asked him what was going on s he was well aware the phone was never booked for that. He said he would speak to his manager and get back to me the same day. This was last week Tuesday and I aam still waiiting for my refund. Nashua have changed their story so many times. I have made numerous requests for the recording of me accepting the quote, the job card where I had booked it in for the repair of the screen or even my signature on the quote
