Cell C
Network failing, Customer Care doesn't call back

Over the last few weeks this network has gone from bad to unusable. My calls keep breaking up then dropping. Then I am unable to make calls for a few minutes and I keep getting messages in my voice mail box when my phone hasn't had a chance to ring (due to the above mentioned problem I'm sure). I have called in countless times and the call keeps dropping after I have left my number with them and they don't call back. It's been a 2 week battle. Today has been the worst. I am currently trying to call them from my land line and they are not answering. I need to port immediately as I am losing thousands of rands due to clients not being able to reach me on my mobile. Cell C you are USELESS!
