Overcharging Again

My account number is 1.11435760.I see that for the month of March and April I was charged for Professional package which I never asked for. Since i got this contract i was overcharged. You promised me that my account will be sorted out since August last year. Mistake happens once not every month!!! I don`t know in which language to speak to Altech staff, it seems they understand from backside. This proves that ALTECH Autopage employs incompetent, useless, stupid & brainless people. I`m so disgusted. This time definitely am going to open a police case for false advertising, and people and also report them to consumer protection council. Now its TOO MUCH.O
