Altech fail to pull debits, now debt threat airing

Altech did not debit my account and I have sorted that out, I had made arrangements to pay the bill over 2 months because they had captured incorrect banking details, but the best part although its their mistake my line has been cut since then, how can these people ever be in business, for every 1/20 people like them. Absolutely useless, Brian said he would open my line, BUT BECAUSE THE "ACCOUNT IS NOT PAID", my line is blocked. 2 months going on the 3rd month and no internet. These people don't even take into account their own mistake. They did not debit my account even after me phoning in and telling them to do so. Company like this makes me sick with their pathetic service and incompetence.
