Overbilling for last 5 months

my account number is 1.11435760.this month`s bill came and i was overbilled by R 203 on my vodacom smartlight. Since i got this contract i was overcharged. You promised me that my account will be sorted out since August last year. Mistake happens once not every month!!! This proves that ALTECH Autopage employs incompetent, useless, stupid & brainless people. I`m so disgusted. This time definitely am going to open a police case for false advertising, and people and also report them to consumer protection council. Now its TOO MUCH.If altech staff need jobs i have position available for cleaning my dogs.
