Good day
I called vodasure to query my claim. i was told that claim rejected due to usage. I called my service provider as the simcard is contract and they state the phone was last used with simcard on the said day and vodasure states the simcard was last used with the phone on 06/06/2013.
The lady Jackie was very rude and then she put me on hold for almost 20 minutes. I dropped the phone at 18:45 as i also work and cannot abuse company phone for so long. This is disgusting as Jackie did not want listen and let me finish.
I also work for an insurance company and I know how to treat my clients, I listen and then explain not just ignore and be rude and put the person on hold whilst speaking to somebody in the background
I will be moving my insurance
