Cell C
Waiting too long

I am in the process of switching to cell c from vodacom, but I am disappointed in cell c's lack of communication and deception. I completed my application for a new cell c contract nearly a month ago and received an sms saying "my order has been issued", I was very happy to hear this, thinking my phone should arrive that week or the following. More than a week passed since receiving that sms and I did not hear anything further. I contacted the cell c call centre and was told that the sms didn't mean my order was on its way, and that they actually had no idea when it would be.

Can Cell C please let us know when we can expect to receive our orders?
