Service stinks

Over 6 weeks of waiting for my new phone, totally haggled to get the new contract signed. Now over 6 weeks of pleading, waiting and counting got to love it a client for over 15 years - Radiospoor by the way my company name also changed 13 years ago and 11 requests to change it and still not. You guys are really on the ball.
Please cancel my contract, enough is enough.By the way the latest comment that the company does not exist that is why they could not deliver, are YOU from this world? It's OK though I expect no response - business as usual for you.
