Fincapital doesnt Deliver and Breached Contract

About 3 weeks ago I took up a contract with FinCapital, Worst decision ever! They promised me a contract with a Samsung S3mini, everything was signed and done, Debit orders processed etc, waiting, I mailed them asking if I could keep my number and they said no, then they changed their story and said i can keep my number. started worrying at this point, then today I get a call saying they are ready to dispatch!!! but they have no more S3mini's? HOW??? I signed a contract for that phone now they say they can offer me some nokia or something. that was not part of the deal and now they wont reverse the contract?? How can a company do this?
