I received a sms saying;
Dear MARLON FREDERICKS, your Blackberry 9300 has been deemed out of warranty and has been quoted for R908.35 incl VAT, Quote valid for 7 days. A consultant will..
I was not happy about that sms due that I explained on my complain message about the warranty nobody called me back to solve the problem just to tell me the same thing, I told the manager at telkom direct they must just give my phone back, NO communication, I received another sms:
Dear MARLON FREDERICKS your Blackberry9300 is awaiting payment of R188.10.Ref TEL019806. Payment to AMC, Absa, 4070289571, Branch:33115. Fax receipt to 0880126807
Nobody phoned me I phone Telkom direct on the 6th August, just for them to tell me again, that I must pay an amount if I want my phone back, for admin fee. I then told them, what's wrong with my phone and admin fee deals with paperwork and I'm still on a contract and she said I must pay that amount to get my phone back otherwise the people at repairs will discard my phone I'm really really not happy with this service I'm getting.. Paying for a phone for, nearlly 2 yrs and now I mst just pay again to get it back please assist or I will take this matte further!
