Great Job Yacoob Essop!

My 4 year old cell phone was when I was robbed at home. My insurance company required the ITC number for the phone. I have had an MTN contract for many years so I went to the MTN office on the first floor of the La Lucia Mall, Durban. A rather disinterested chap assured me it was too old to get the ITC number (even though it was bought on my contract) and he had no idea what model Nokia it was. (Although to his credit he did spend some time tapping on the keyboard and staring at the screen). So I went to the other MTN office on the ground floor and was helped by a cheerful and friendly Yacoob Essop who not only found a picture of my phone online but also tracked down the ITC number for me! Is it possible for the guys on the ground floor to train the guys on the first floor?
