I get regular sms' regarding how my points are increasing but when am i rewarded??? being with this company for more than a decade but what do I have to show, statements to say the least. I downsized as I was not getting value for money, soon it will be porting to the competition. We see price reduction in adverts but are they valid or a misrep as you do whatever to attract customers but not servicing those existing??? Cell C at the moment has the best possible price guide in the market & i am thinking of taking all my family business there!!!
Interconnect charges are being dropped according to ICASA but what what do we as customers get??? pathetic service, I demand the best in service.
