Continued to charge me after cancellation

I cancelled my subscription in Feb.
In the phone call to cancel I repeatedly confirmed with them that I will not be billed in March.
In march, they billed me for the cap.
I sent in an email to ask them why I was charged.
There was no response at all.
I was billed again in April.
I phoned in and someone told me I wouldn't be charged again but he doesn't know how they will refund me.
I said he will phone me back.
He didn't.
