5 Months and they still can't get it right

I have a bussiness contract with 8ta. In January I used my 8ta simcard in a Blackberry and activated BIS, because this is a second phone I didn't really use the BIS so on March 11th I cancelled the BIS on the contract and the very helpfull call centre staff confirmed it was cancelled, yet I was billed for it again, I phoned in and got it removed once again and they gave me a credit, but I was billed for it the next month again, I phoned in, and again it was cancelled and I got a refund again, and so it has been going on for 5 months. Please take the darn BIS off my contract, I really don't have the time or energy anymore to call your blooming call centre.
